Crystal Misenheimer

Crystal Misenheimer is Lead Broker at Progressive Practice Sales, the Chattanooga-based firm that has completed more than three hundred successful chiropractic practice sales along with thousands of practice valuations. She is the first and only chiropractic broker to earn the Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Association, and she also holds the Certified M&A Professional designation that covers larger practice transactions involving private equity and sophisticated investor structures. The IBBA has awarded her the Platinum Chairman's Circle Award, reserved for brokers who close individual deals of ten million dollars or more, and she has received the Deal Maker Award every year from 2021 through 2023 for closing at least ten qualified businesses annually. Before entering brokerage she took over management and marketing for three of her husband's chiropractic clinics, an operating background that shapes how she diligences practice financials and handles the handoff to a new owner.
