Shaun F. Rudgear

Shaun F. Rudgear leads Strategic Medical Brokers, a physician-only exit advisory firm specializing in the valuation, marketing, and sale of independent medical practices. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the firm is co-owned with Marta Sepulveda, MD, a retired physician with thirty-one years in healthcare, which means clinical insight is embedded at the ownership level alongside the brokerage discipline. Rudgear holds three of the most rigorous designations in the advisory profession: the Master Certified Business Intermediary from the IBBA, of which he is one of only thirty-four in the United States and the only one specializing in healthcare; the Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary from M&A Source; and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor from the Exit Planning Institute.
