Amy Cole

Amy Cole is Principal and President of ABI Business Sales in San Ramon, California, in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. Her career combines more than twenty years as a Vice President in high-tech marketing, sales, and operations with venture-backed startups, mid-market firms, and public companies, along with seven years at a marketing agency and more than a decade at ABI. She has led teams through multiple acquisitions, recapitalizations, and IPOs across technology, manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail, and advertising. Before joining ABI as a principal owner she managed the East Bay region for Sunbelt Business Brokers. Cole holds the Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary, Certified M&A Professional, Lifetime Certified Business Broker, and Certified Business Intermediary designations, and she is a Fellow of M&A Source. She speaks publicly to business owners on exit strategy planning, maximizing business value, and preparing a business for sale.
